Soccer Camp at Life Church

For children ages 4 – 6th grade (by the start of the school year)

Soccer Camp at Life Church is an exciting, action-packed week designed to help kids grow in their soccer skills, build character, and have a blast—all in a safe and faith-filled environment.
Whether your child has played soccer before or is just starting out, this camp provides age-appropriate training, encouraging instruction, and plenty of opportunities to make new friends.

What Soccer Camp Includes:

  • Encouraging coaches and volunteers who care about your child’s growth—on and off the field!

Pre-K & Kindergarten Camp

Children entering Pre-K or Kindergarten enjoy a specially designed indoor version of Soccer Camp. Their activities wrap up a little earlier than the main camp, but supervised care is available until the end of the camp session to accommodate families with children in multiple age groups.

Affordable pricing and sibling discounts are available. Early registration is encouraged as space is limited and fills up quickly!

Soccer Camp Cost:
  • $25 per athlete if registration and payment is received by June 15
  • $20 per athlete if two or more children are from the same family, also due by June 15
  • $50 per athlete if registration and/or payment is received after June 15

Payment is required to save a spot for soccer camp.

Please make a note of the total amount owed:
  • $25 per athlete if registration and payment are received by June 15

I acknowledge that participation in the activity described above involves risk to the participant (and to the participant's parents or guardians, if the participant is a minor), and may result in various types of injury including, but not limited to, the following: sickness, exposure to infectious/communicable disease, bodily injury, death, emotional injury, personal injury, property damage, and financial damage. In consideration for the opportunity to participate in the activity described above (the "activity"), the participant (or parent/guardian if the participant is a minor) acknowledges and accepts the risks of injury associated with participation in and transportation to and from the activity. The participant (or parent/guardian) accepts personal financial responsibility for any injury or other loss sustained during the activity or during transportation to and from the activity, as well as for any medical treatment rendered to the participant that is authorized by the sponsor or its agents, employees, volunteers, or any other representatives (collectively referred to as the "activity sponsor"). Further, the participant (or parent/guardian) releases and promises to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the activity sponsor for any injury arising directly or indirectly out of negligence of the activity sponsor, the participant, or otherwise. If a dispute over this agreement or any claim for damages arises, the participant (or parent/guardian) agrees to resolve the manner through a mutually acceptable alternative dispute resolution process. If the participant (or parent/guardian) and the activity sponsor cannot agree upon such a process, the dispute will be submitted to a three-member arbitration panel for resolution in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.   Participation and e-signature below also indicates consent for pictures to be posted on Life Church's website and social media.  Parent/guardian, please sign your name below in agreement with the above

Before You Go, Some Important Things to Note

Water & Snack:
A snack will be provided. If you have concerns about food allergies for your child(ren) please send snacks for your child during snack time. Please be sure to send your child with water.

Preschool Early Dismissal (7:30 PM)
We have found that most age 4 through Kindergarten children are ready to check out after an hour and a half. Therefore, the guardians are free to pick up their children from 7:30 to 8:00. After 7:30, no soccer instruction for the PreK and K takes place, but of course, there will continue to be supervision of the children until 8 PM.
